We are so excited to be working on a collaborative project with La Cité about fransaskois queer and trans identity & experiences in Saskatchewan.

This project will see three components that we hope will engage both fransaskois queer folks and fransaskois allies to develop a better common understanding of 2SLGBTQ+ people in our province.

If you want to get updates about this project, sign up to the newsletter!

Round table « Fransaskoisie et identités queer et trans »
November 18th 2021, from 6pm – 8pm

What does it mean to be both Fransaskois and queer? How do we express our identity as queer or trans people in Fransaskois or Francophone spaces in Saskatchewan? What queer issues affect Fransaskois people differently? Which Fransaskois issues affect queer people differently?

Join a panel of four 2SLGBTQ+ people who will discuss their own experiences as Fransaskois or Francophone people in Saskatchewan.

Moderated by Raphaële Frigon of Radio-Canada, this conversation is sure to be fascinating!

Confirmed panelists:

  • Jacq Brasseur
  • Mackenzy Vida
  • Romain Chareyon
