About Jacq Brasseur Consulting

Jacq Brasseur Consulting was originally founded in 2018 to provide contract-based non-profit coordination services to small and medium non-profits. Over the years, we have done a wide range of work with different organizations including graphic & web design, diversity & equity consulting, event and logistic coordination, governance support, policy development, grant writing, and so much more.

Today, Jacq Brasseur Consulting often brings in external consultants to help with projects that we’ve had the pleasure of working on, and while our permanent team is pretty small, we’re proud to bring our networks to projects of any size.

Our Vision

Jacq Brasseur Consulting imagines a world where community groups, non-profit organizations and grassroots organizers have built the skills to meaningfully challenge inequity, injustice and violence in their communities.

Guiding Principles

We believe that all non-profits, no matter their size, should have access to expertise that helps them further their mission.

We believe that truly inclusive communities requires non-profits to challenge the hierarchical and “traditional” way of operating.

We believe that every person can learn about anti-oppression, challenging norms, and how to “queer” their community work.
